You can specify the way - and which athletes - you would like to help.

An annual gift of:

• $850,000 Covers 34,000 HS athletes per year through a bi-annual testing and education program (freshman and junior years - contact/collision sports).
• $250,000 Provides coverage for 10,000 HS football players per year(1/2 of the participants).
• $250,000 Covers all HS female athletes playing contact/collision sports in Arizona.
• $250,000 Covers all HS and youth female soccer athletes' in Arizona.
• $30,000 Provides coverage for a 1200-participant youth league.
• $15,000 Can cover a youth league of 600 participants.
• $10,000 Can cover a 400-participant high school or youth program.
• $5,000 Can typically cover a 200-participant league or program.
• $2,500 Can typically cover a 100-participant football team, per year.
